15 years international managing experience in three of the top 30 Swiss companies : After three years of laboratory management in research & development at Clariant in Frankfurt, I moved to Strategic Marketing at the Headquarters in Basel in 2000, to develop the market of chemicals for the textile & paper industry. With this business expertise I took on the challenge to manage Corporate Communications for the financial market in close cooperation with Clariant’s CEO and CFO in 2001.
7 years of several restructurings, crisis and management changes qualified me as an established communications consultant for executives. After taking over the management of a business line, I changed companies and was able to expand my industry knowledge both at Sonova and Oerlikon as Head of Communications & PR during four years. In 2013 I decided to step into self-employment and to focus on working increasingly with and for people.
I apply all these years of experience as a coach, trainer and consultant at Schluchter, Licci & Partner AG as a Senior Consultant/Partner for outplacement, career management and coaching since 2015.
